Why a Harlem Nightmare?

Winning a lottery apartment in New York City is supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime event. A true prize. When I got the call, I was thrilled. However, my experience with One East Harlem, A Richman Signature Property, has been one of the worst of my life. From roaches, to exposed outlets and broken walls, to staff who don’t appear to have the best interest at heart for residents like me, it has been a true nightmare.
